WeWork [Workplace]

The Goal
Provide private and personalized workspaces for medium sized businesses while still being a part of the WeWork Community.

The Proposal
Create a series of rentable turnkey office spaces under the Headquarters by WeWork product line. Each space was designed to meet WeWork standards & criteria based on its size and location, with flexibility for potential client customization

What I Worked On
As the Architecture Design Lead, I was involved  from inception to delivery of a space. Projects ranged between 3,330 - 31,000 SF and were located throughout the Tristate, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. I reviewed due diligence reports created by AORs/EORs of potential sites, and created internal presentations/reports for the evaluation of each site to our director. After moving forward with a space, I created handoff documents for consultants which included the layout according to local laws & codes. I managed consultants throughout the design/construction process and acted as an owner’s rep during all OAC meetings to ensure that the design intent and requests of multiple stakeholders were met. Aside from managing 10-12 projects at any given time, I was also involved in WeWork’s development of  architectural standards for this product line.
