HSB [Workplace]

The Goal
Create a modern office for an insurance & inspections company that dates back over 150 years.

The Proposal
Aside from the required workstations and offices, a multifaceted wooden structure was proposed at the center of the office to unify collaborative programs such as an entry touchpoint including reception & welcome monitors, an informal presentation area with bleacher seating, an open pantry, and a multipurpose room within the enclosure.

What I Worked On
I participated in schematic layouts, client facing renderings/decks, and the development of the CD set. During the design phase, my focus was on the design of the wooden enclosure and the surrounding pantry area. This included the 3D modeling, rendering, and millwork details for said areas. The pantry also included a custom designed backsplash made up of hundreds of tiles in order to create a pixelated photo of a nearby landmarked park tying back to the companies rich history in the area.
