UTC [Workplace]
The Goal
A conglomerate company was looking to create 67,000 SF digital incubator space with some innovative touchpoint spaces.
The Proposal
The site was a warehouse dating back to the 1860’s and its beauty spoke for itself. Our job was to introduce the typical workstations, meeting rooms, a library, phone rooms, etc. throughout without taking away from the existing site. Greenery and warm wood tones were added throughout for an inviting touch.
What I Worked On
In addition to doing test fits and renderings for various programs & spaces, I worked on a multipurpose dining area with custom millwork bleachers, a quiet car with an infinity mirror installation, and the reception desk. These features were developed from concept sketches, renderings, and all the way through millwork drawings.
